At Big Mouth Signs, our mission is to provide unmatched customer service and top-quality products. Our products are custom tailored to every client, so returns aren’t accepted. However, we do stand by our signs and work with you every step of the way to ensure that the signage you get is the signage you want. And if there’s ever an issue with your sign, our team is available by phone or email 24/7.


All sign packages are unique and vary in the time they take to be created. If your order is being shipped, you will receive an email or call from your project manager when your order is complete and has been shipped. All shipping costs are calculated by weight and size and will be added to the final invoice.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or call us as soon as possible with your invoice number and a photo of the sign’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
